Summer Crew Member
Textbook Painting
We are always looking to hire high school and college students that are looking for a great summer job to work on a painting crew. No experience is necessary, as we have training events and charity paints in the spring and early summer. It is an hourly paid position, but there are bonus opportunities available for crews that complete projects with high customer report card grades.
Ideal candidates to work on our crew:
- very detail oriented
- genuinely care about their quality of the work
- look forward to working outdoors
- enjoy doing physical work
Working on a painting crew is challenging work, but it is also very rewarding. You will be working in a fun environment with people around your own age. We also have opportunities for crew members to return for multiple summers and take on new responsibilities as a Crew Leader.
