Textbook Painting is Cleveland's painting company that prides itself on being part of the local communities in which we work. We hire full-time experienced painters and we provide jobs to local students. Of course, we provide top quality house painting services to our customers, but we also try to give back by donating time and money to local charities and organizations.
We try to get our teams of house painters and office staff involved in a variety ways to start a lifetime of paying it forward.
Some of the organizations that we are proud to support:
- Village Project (Bay Village, OH)
- Caring Continues - Moll Cancer Ctr (Fairview Park, OH)
- Lakewood Catholic Academy (Lakewood, OH)
- Habitat for Humanity (Cleveland, OH)
- Lakewood Alive (Lakewood, OH)
Here are some projects that our local team has participated in:
East Cleveland Home with Habitat for Humanity (Cleveland, OH)
Here are a few photos from a painting project we did in conjunction with Habitat for Humanity of Cleveland. This century home in East Cleveland is near Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. The home posed a handful of challenges because of the height and unique architecture but our team of house painters were able to do a great job rehabbing this home with an updated color scheme.
Cincinnati Homeless Coalition Repaint (Cincinnati, OH)
The amazing people at the Cincinnati Homeless Coalition in Cincinnati, OH do so much to help the less fortunate around the Cincinnati area. We were honored to be able to help them by repainting the exterior front facade of their historic building in downtown Cincinnati (Over the Rhine). This was a pretty challenging project for our house painters as we not only had to deal with a very tall building but also the electrical lines that ran right in front of the building. Luckily, we were able to get a scissors lift donated and the team was able to make the building sparkle.
Habitat for Humanity Repaint (Indianapolis, IN)
We were proud to partner with the Indianapolis branch of Habitat for Humanity to repaint their local headquarters. Sherwin Williams and Lowe’s were glad to lend their support as our crews rehabbed the exterior of the building. Habitat for Humanity does a remarkable job of helping others and we were glad to be able to help them.
Martin Luther King High School “Ohio Homecoming”(Cleveland, OH)
A large group of Textbook Painting team members helped organize the painting necessary to completely renovate this large inner city high school. The Textbook Painting team in Cleveland was put in charge of training and supervising hundreds of volunteers to completely repaint the interior of the entire school. To make things interesting, the entire project had to be completely in 24 hours!! The project was part of the Ohio Homecoming week of events and it was great to help the students be able to take pride in their school.
