What Make Textbook Painting Stand Out?
Longest Warranties: We have a Four-Year Worry Free Guarantee on exterior wood painting projects. On aluminum and vinyl siding, we have a ten year warranty because we know that the paint will last well beyond ten years. On kitchen cabinet painting, we are the only company to have a Lifetime Touch-up Promise (see below). We also provide an annual touch-up promise on most of our interior house painting.
Training and Development: Our people go through a lot of training both online and in-person and we believe this commitment helps because our team members are better prepared to deliver a great value to you.
Experience: We have been in business since 2006. We are proud to have served the Cleveland area for over a decade and we aren’t going anywhere. We continue to grow because of our commitment to quality work and team member development.
Professionalism: We try to be at the very top of the industry at all times in terms of professionalism. Our uniformed professionals respect your home and go out of their way to ensure you feel very comfortable and confident in a job well done.
What is Included in Our Lifetime Touch-Up Promise?
If your refinished cabinets ever need a touch-up, we come back and take care of it for free. We’ll be happy to do this for as long as you own your home, at any time of year. There is no visit limit and no expiration.
This covers touch-ups to the finish on the cabinetry we refinished (including chips, nicks, and normal wear). And again, there is no time limit on this. A kitchen we refinished is a showroom for us every time that client has people over. We see honoring our promise as good marketing. It’s well worth maintaining.
Note, having proper hardware is a requirement for the promise to apply. All cabinets need handles or knobs, as bare fingers pulling on a door edge will wear a finish out.
