Exterior Painter Improving Customer Service Experience
“There’s always room for improvement, you know-it’s the biggest room in the house.” -Louise Heath Leber
Everyone knows practice makes perfect. My crew last year got a ton of practice, $82,000 worth of quality jobs in South Bend. With each and every job we got better and better; not simply with the services we provided, but with working together as a team. It made it fun to be part of a team environment and my crew was able to push each other to work harder and smarter.
I think it is important in anything that you do to give your best effort because by consistently giving your best effort you will improve each and every day. My production manager was the best painter I have ever seen. With over twenty years of experience he was able to show some of the newer members of my crew a few techniques that he had learned from all his experience. It comes down to effort though; your team is only as good as its weakest link.
I hope to improve my management skills and communication with customers. I want them to know exactly what we are going to do, why we are going to do it, and know that we are going to do it well. I care about my customers and at the end of each job I want the homeowner to feel as though they received incredible value with the service we provide. Whether it is power washing, deck staining, or painting the exterior or interior of their house we want to provide value. Good businesses know the worth of each and every customer. I want them to feel as though they are my only customer because of how well I treat them.
