Our team of local house painters in Lakewood did some exterior painting projects recently and gave this older home a more refreshed color pallette. The homeowner wanted to dramatically change the look of the exterior of their home. Mission Accomplished! Helping homeowners select new paint colors is something we take a lot of pride in and really enjoy doing.

The colors that were chosen were “Roycroft Bronze Green SW 2846” for the siding and “Roycroft Mist Gray SW 2844” and “Bunglehouse Gray SW 2845” for the trim. We used a product called “Resilience” from Sherwin Williams on the siding and trim as well.

The porch floor got a color called “Roycroft Mist Gray SW 2844”. We also used “Sherwin Williams Porch and Floor Enamel” on it to enhance and help protect the appearance.

While the team was painting the exterior of this home, they dealt with some unique challenges, including a neighbor who wasn’t willing to let us set up a ladder in their driveway! Everyone did a great job of working through the obstacles that came up to really update the curb appeal of this home!
